About the workouts


CardiYoFit is a combination of cardio, calisthenics, yoga, and pilates. The routines are made up of a series of movements, derived from these different styles to give a complete cardiovascular, strength, stretching, and balancing workout. These poses and movements are designed to work the lymphatic, as well as the internal organs of the body, in combination with the skeletal and muscular structure of the entire physique. Our workouts are about one hour in duration and will tone your mind and body, starting the very first lesson. 


No where else will you be able to find a ONE hour workout that is equivalent to 

a.) 60 minutes of resistance training 

b.) 60 minutes of cardiovascular training 

c.) 60 minutes of stretching. 

This is, quite simply, the single most effective use of one’s time for anybody wanting the total body workout. 

You can workout any time, early in the morning or in the middle of the night. You can work out as frequently as you like, once a week or every day. We will get you in shape at your pace and at times that are convenient for you, for just 50 cents a day. 




About the program

The program is designed to get your body toned, get you in shape, and improve your strength and health. Other positive results are an increased level of energy, more confidence, and that feel-good sensation you get after a great workout. 

The intent is for you to complete our most recent routine, as often as you like during the current week. The current routine will challenge several of your muscle groups while improving your endurance and mental balance. 

Once your body is starting to adapt to the routines, we will provide a completely new challenge for you, building on the previous week’s exercises. Joining the program at any time though is possible. There is no specific start or finish. 

This is a continuous workout program for you to become stronger, healthier, more flexible, and be in shape throughout the whole year, starting today.
