Jennifer
Menzer
is
a seasoned and diverse wellness professional who has been improving lives in
the Boston area since 2001.Jennifer graduated from NYU with her B.S. in
Psychology and received her M.S. in Counseling Psychology from Northeastern
University. After three years as a Mental Health Clinician, Jennifer decided to
change to a career where she would have the opportunity to support clients in a
more holistic manner, as they made meaningful changes in their lives.Jennifer
is a Board Certified Holistic Health and Nutrition Coach, Master Fitness
Trainer, STOTT Pilates Instructor, RYT- 200 Vinyasa Yoga Instructor,
Kettlebells Instructor and Group Exercise Instructor. When Jennifer isn't
filming dynamic workouts for you at Cardiyofit, you can find her training
clients at Saldare Body Therapy her boutique wellness studio,
providing support, accountability, and “tough love” coaching to her health and
nutrition clients, and teaching students about the mind-body connection in her
Spinning and Yoga classes.
Susan Reardon
began teaching group exercise classes in May of 1997 while maintaining a career
in Human Resources. After seventeen (17) years in Corporate America, she made
the transition to the fitness industry on a full-time basis.
Susan
has been a recognized fitness professional in the Greater Boston area for over
16 years. She has multiple certifications within the fitness profession
including NASM® Certified Personal Trainer, NASM® Corrective Exercise
Specialist, and specialty certifications in Pre/Post Natal Fitness and
Facilitated Stretching. In addition, Susan is AFAA® Certified in Primary Group
Exercise & Kickboxing, is a SPINNING® Certified Instructor and is TRX®
Suspension Training Certified. She is also a Certified Nutrition &
Lifestyle Coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and has an
undergraduate education in Marketing.
Susan
enjoys working with a wide-range of clientele including post-injury rehab
clients, athletes, pre/post-natal women, seniors and beginners to exercise. She
possesses particular knowledge in non-contact boxing technique and kickboxing
training, weight loss, high-intensity cardiovascular circuit training and
overall strength & muscle conditioning.
